Ingredients for Healthy Food Ideas for Kids - Sugarfree Cinnamon Coated Almonds:

1 cup water

1 tbsp granulated Sweet like Sugar stevia sweetener

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp Stevia, with vanilla or caramel


¼ tsp muscat (optional)

½ cup almonds


Instructions for Healthy Food Ideas for Kids - Sugarfree Cinnamon coated almonds 

-               Preheat oven well (approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 180 °Celcius)

-               Add ½ cup water to the pan, or approximately full bottom in the pan

-               Add sweetener (Sweet like Sugar) and all other ingredients, except the almonds

-               Stir gently until pan starts to boil

-               Add almonds and stir continously at medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until water has evaporated and the almonds have a nice caramel coating

-               Beware not to burn the almonds, add water if needed

-               Place the almonds on baking sheet / parchment paper and allow to cool for at least 2 hours
